Palace Hotel Lake Como

The room was newly renovated and airy, could see the lake from the window. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Lago di Como. The area was historic just off the town centre, Como lake, bus station, train stations and ferry terminals and Brunate mountain.

Greatly enjoyed the room, it was nicely equipped and fashionable with a beautiful view, tea plus comfortable beds.

All good. Room quiet, price/performance ratio is right. The location is excellent. And above all it is also great that it has its own parking spaces (outside and inside).

Breakfast!! This isn't four-star, like candy from a tube.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The location is superb and offers amazing views! The breakfast features an excellent spread with both hot and cold items, quite satisfying!

Despite the lovely grounds, the interior felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh! The staff's attitude at times leaves much to be desired.

Excellent breakfast, also the food in the restaurant.

The breakfast is rich, the breakfast room is beautiful too. The whole hotel is clean, quiet, staff is very friendly and professional. The view on the lake side, (higher numbers (approx. 125/225 and up) do not even have trees in front of the windows, which could partially block the view.

Nothing! Only the lift cabins are a bit small, but there are two lifts.

Large and recently decorated room with a balcony, great views plus spacious bathroom. Private parking on site provided. The early check-in process too. Stunning and incredible location in a local area next to a cathedral and a palace: )

Nice room, very well maintained, excellent location in Como

No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Would have expected free wi-fi especially for business customers.

The location was fantastic, with excellent lake views and spacious, well-decorated rooms. Our comfort was ensured with excellent air-conditioning and bathroom facilities.

Only stayed 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this charming old hotel.

A little small bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.

The stay was fantastic, with a great location right next to the train and bus stations. Our room had an excellent view of the lake, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, setting us up nicely for our sightseeing adventures. It was a lovely experience despite the hotel bar closing earlier than we would have liked.

We enjoyed it very much. We had a lovely view of the Lake from our room, the breakfast was quite nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was ideally located to the ferry and to the shopping area in Como.
